Ans. When the cities of Delhi-Agra-Jaipur are combined then it is called Golden Triangle of India. The distance between Delhi and Agra is 205 kms, Agra to Jaipur is 255 kms and from Jaipur to Delhi is 265kms.
Ans. Delhi, India’s capital and the major gateway to the country, is a bustling metropolis, which successfully combines in its fold the ancient and the modern. Its strategic location was one of the prime reasons why successive dynasties chose it as their seat of power. Delhi is famous for its tourist attractions, food, and its marketplaces. Since it is the national capital of the country, you can explore Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament House, India Gate. If you are dedicated to history you can visit Qutub Minar, Humayun’s tomb.
New Delhi and old city of Delhi is complete contrast as you will find broad roads, modern buildings and green avenues in New Delhi area and in old city of Delhi you will find narrow lanes, ancient mansions, old style of transport and bustling markets. It is paradise for food lovers from all over the world. Food walk of Delhi is one of the preferred choices for visiting old city of Delhi.

Ans. Yes it is quite rewarding to undertake Golden Traingle tour as all the three cities i.e. Delhi, Agra and Jaipur are distinct in character in terms of culture, historical monuments, dressing sense and their markets. As the markets are the places where one get an original feel of the city. Delhi the capital of India is amalgamation of Modern as well as ancient architecture, Agra is pure Mughal architecture and Jaipur is merger of Indo Mughal architecture. All the three cities are different in their style of living and offers so much to discerning tourists.
Ans. It is quite safe for the solo woman travellers provided they know rule of the game. There are dubious travel agencies operating in Delhi which do have propensity to ruin one’s holidays by providing over prized packages and dirty hotels. One should always book a tour package from a reputed travel agency only. There are scamsters present in Delhi offering cheap tours but it can be very disturbing if one gets into their scheme of things.
Ans. The constitution of locals and westerners is different. This is the reason why it is advised to buy bottled water only while in India.
